that's why I got new tires and adjustable upper arms (solid tension rods are needed for the arms, so I got those too). But I went to the shop before any of the new parts and they said there was pretty much nothing they could do about the camber with the OEM parts. At that point I decided I'd get / install the adjustable uppers and t-rods, they said they'd still do the full alignment after I got them on the car. I still have yet to get that alignment, so I'll have to see if they'll still do it at $60, but my guess is that they will.
I haven't paid for anything (they've only checked it so far) so no ripping off has occured (yet) :)
